Hi, Dr. Gemma. Great pod casts. How about doing something on keeping your sanity while being a caregiver for a live-in parent whose mental and social capacities are failing. I continue to strongly support keeping our elderly out of insitutions, but finding balance is hard.

Dr. Gemma. Love the podcast. Thank you for the love and enthusiasm you put into it. I love the photo of the two dogs who are in rapt attention to something. I'm imagining that they are extremely well trained dogs or there is a wonderful treat in someone's hands that they are waiting for (or maybe both).
