What's On My Hooks, Needles, and Spindles:

Finished:

Beautiful Sunset Shawl--from the Camp CogKnitive 2015 colorway from the amazing Dizzy Blonde Studios.

Last shawl blocked--I'm almost ready for CFR7!

Blocking wires from Mimi's Needle Basket

Perennials Cowl--yarns by Pirate yarns and by Ombre (red)

Finished but unblocked. #perrenialscowl Wonderful pattern, clear, great chart! I opted to use the long stripe, gradient yarn for the main color. Very pleased. Well done @ericah64

Fowl Cowl--In yarns from mini skeins traded for at CFR6 (2014) against a ball of various shades of semi-solid pinks, mostly from CFR6 and Oink Pigments.
36 of 65 pattern rows and some weaving in of ends inside done. On 3rd mini of semi-solid pink and 4th of variegateds. Getting into darker blues & greens in variegated yarn ball. #foulcowl
In Progress:

Mei Mei Socks--one done, the other is waiting behind the shawls in progress.!

The OHM Shawl by Michelle Miller. Coming along at last!.

10 repeats of the 36 for the dark purple lace edging are done. You can see that I'm still not even halfway done the edging. I do so love it though! #clapotis

Dizzy Blondes:

BeeMiceElf's gradient fibers were one of  the hits of the day.

Slipped Stitch Studio's drop spindle bags are AWESOME!!

Another amazing set of dyed goodness from Red Fish Dye Works!

Strategy:

When in doubt, defer to kindness. Boy, do I struggle with this one!

Put a Lid On It:

I'm happy because people loved the cherry pickles! And the salsa, the melon pickles, the cherry-infused vodka...

Making basil pesto ice cubes to save for the winter. Throw a few into dishes all winter to get that fresh pesto flavor!

Aw Shoot!

SCUBA was a bust in the end--my right ear just won't allow me to do it. But I had one open water experience, at least.

Sadly, I had to miss my first race of the season, based on my nasty old salivary glands that will not go to their normal size. Most cancershave now been eliminated as causes of this and/or the Fibromyalgia symptoms.

Something I Really Like:

Blocking wires from Mimi's Needle Basket and the watermelon sock yarn sold by Mimi's.
The padded drop spindle holder from Slipped Stitch.
BeeMiceElf's gradients fibers.
The Yarnoover Truck's great inventory--how do they do that?
Jamie's Metalworks==everything the guy makes!
RK's Mom's geek-themed bags!
Redfish's luxury fiber collections!
Dizzy Blonde's Knit Disney kit==awesome!
Cooperative Press' Defarge series.

In brief: I LOVE MYVENDORS!!! Thanks for another great year!
