I was very fortunate to meet Sherry Thomas, the author of the Charlotte Holmes series, at a book signing. She is an amazing and kind woman. She also wrote/write romance novels and, I believe, one YA series. Did you know that English is not her first language? She is Chinese and did not come to the U.S. until she was an older child (maybe 12?). There is an interview with her on the Smart Podcast Trashy Books podcast. It is several years old, but I wouldn't be surprised if she is interviewed in the fall when the next book is to published. I believe she said there would only be 10 books, but I may be wrong or she may have changed her mind.

Thank you for the podcast. I am checking out the Shelly Adina books.
