My community: on Reddit, on the ground in the SCV, in this group.
Salpal: for the simple idea of saving all her knitting pics to Ravelry and clearing from phone. I use Chatbooks for that.
Turbogal: reviews pics every month, deletes what she doesn’t want, adds others to labeled files for easier location.
Cathwood: for several helpful comments. First, Vibram five finger shoes still exist for running! I was really shocked about this. I can’t wait to get a pair! Kathwood is much tougher than I am, so she’s running 38 mile races in them! I think I wanna grow up to be this kind of runner! She also points out that any weight of runner can use these, which I also know from experience. She thinks you can learn how to learn how to run in them on a hard stony Trail. I’m not gonna argue because she clearly has done it; however, I don’t think I’m gonna fit into that category.
She also points out that there may be a difference in the way men and women processed carbs and fat. I don’t remember reading this, but I actually wouldn’t question that. She said she seen research. It says women should have good fat for breakfast before a run, while men should have carbs. She is clear that she doesn’t know the source of this, but it could be checked into Reasonably.
Finally, she points out that while I was saying Amazon isn’t going to take back your books. She actually had that happen in a way with Amazon Music. They changed their policy from being free with Prime making you pay for it. They simply removed her ability to choose what she listened to, although they couldn’t really take it back. She simply couldn’t play a song or an album, even if she already paid for it. This ended her association with Amazon Music, and this seems like a very important thing to know for the rest of us!
