I have a YouTube channel "Doctor Gemma". Flash tips (1 minute or less) around surviving the pandemic and longer strategy discussions.

Buy Dr Gemma a Ko-Fi, if you're enjoying the podcast and feeling up to it. Remember that I am still working, though, so feel free to give the money to a charity instead.

I will NOT add you to any of my follower groups currently, due to robo-accounts. Please follow me here. You can contact me through our group on Ravelry or on this blog.

Hi Dr G lovely to hear from you. Your jumper is awesome! For someone who was not a lifelong knitter you skills are impressive. Your chat about micro breaks seemed to chime with my efforts to come to terms with pain. Like people all over the world I have chronic pain which gets your down sometimes but if you can become really ingrossed in some activity sometimes you can forget about it for a while. I’m going to try and take more i to breaks that way if I can. Much love and keep on gardening. X
