You are a fascinating person Gemma. You never say ohhhh I'm so fed up, I'm so tired, I'm so sore although I'm sure you are from time to time, like the rest of us. I put it down to you knowledge of people, developed through your work. You know what we want to hear. I'm working on exactly what you spoke about ( sorry, forgotten the terms). Not being held hostage by my intrusive thoughts but instead choosing to take my attention elsewhere. A life changing skill. The people you teach are blessed and surely this should be taught in primary schools? To your knowledge is there any culture that teaches this to their young? Stay well Gemma. Much love Sally
