Something I Really Like: 

Vacuum sealer and bags.PLUS
Instant Pot

Put a Lid on It:
Vacation stew: 
Curry sauce (1 jar)
Chicken thighs
Veggies—purchased pre-cut
Onions
Chopped tomatoes
Canned coconut milk

Throw in instant pot for 10 minutes. Add more ingredients as consumed.

IP Tea: 
Add 7 cups water, 6 tea bags, 6.5 tsp sweetener of choice.
Set to Manual for 1 minute.
Allow to release naturally.

Add cream or lemon as desired. If you have the spices, this also makes a terrific chai.

Bread & Chocolate: cover slice of keto bread with keto chocolate chips. 1 minute in microwave. Yum!
