Dr. Gemma - very interesting discussion of hypersensitivity! I had always attributed the need for "quiet time" to introversion/shyness. Could you possibly discuss the relationship between hypersensitivity and introversion? Thank you for your podcast - I'm always so excited to see another episode up!
