Stop Asking the Dog to Play the Piano: Radical Acceptance

Put a Lid On It:

Instant Pot Bone broth:

1 bone from meat OR 1 turkey/chicken carcass
chopped onions, celery, carrots for flavor only
salt, pepper

Place all in Instant Pot for 1 hour on Manual.

(For a slightly richer flavor, sauté the veggies first in ghee or butter or olive oil on the saute functions for 2-3 minutes.)

Strain out everything and save the broth in your freezer. You can add back in any meat scraps from the broth.

Super Italian Bonus points:

Reheat to boiling after straining. Add raw but scrambled egg(s) when at a rolling boil. Add chopped sausage, spinach, and lots of grated parmesan cheese.
