Have YOU completed 25, 50, or 75 bears for Mother Bear Project? Send me your snail and a link to your Ravelry projects page, and CogKnitive will send you a special wristband to celebrate with you.

The Annual CogKnitive Mother Bear project CAL/KAL is in progress until MARCH 1ST. You can enter ANY bear that you have made since MARCH 2, 2012, BUT you MUST post it to the group NOW, even if you've already posted it. That way, I can easily find who wants to be entered for our prizes.

Out-takes: TNNA2

More on TNNA 2013 at Long Beach. Notes in the Ravelry group and at

Stitch Light and Yarn Cozy from Buffy Anne Designs.

Here is the second installment in my series on 2013 TNNA in Long Beach. The interviewee is Buffy Anne herself of Buffy Anne Designs. I am a long-time user and fan of her stitch light, so it was a special pleasure for me to talk with her and her able assistant, Huguette.

The Yarn Cozy saved my Bertha's Mad, Mysterious Mobius! My yarn went from this--stretched out, yarn barfed, etc:

To this! Tidy, neat, easily unwound for knitting, and safe in my totebag. Thanks Buffy Anne!!!

Out-Takes Episode: TNNA1

TNNA, Long Beach, 2013: Here are my discussions with various venders about what's new and interesting in the fiber crafting world. Notes are on Ravelry and at

Laura models her lovely booth at TNNA 2013, Long Beach.

Here is the first of (I hope) a series of Out-takes episodes focused on my exciting weekend of TNNA. This episode is based on my interview on the floor of TNNA with Laura of Slipped Stitch Studios.

And here are photos of the products we discuss. Here is Laura with her new mug (I want, can you tell?)

And here is the very clever needle holder/case we talked about near the end of the interview.

Enjoy! More to come!
