Put a Lid On It: 

Chocolate Chaffles

1 egg
1 oz cream cheese
2 tblsp almond flour
1 tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsps keto sweetener--Swerve, monkfruit, stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix well and pour into waffle iron to cook.
