We now know that our group knitting pattern and project is going probably to relate to making the lovely across-the -body-bags that Carmen makes. This gives everyone a chance to learn to make the ever-functional Granny Square to use up extra yarn in a fantastic and usable way. Stay tuned for details!

Just laying low and eating cold— the stand-by foods: tomato sauce and 5 ingredients in the instant pot.
Tomato sauce:
1 brick (8 ounces) cream cheese
As much canned tomato sauce as you like
Ground beef or pork or lamb
2 hours in the slow cooker on high
Pour over anything.
5 ingredients in the IP:
Butter or olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup brown soda
1 pork or beef roast
Sauté the onion for 2 mins, then add meat and brown 2 mins per side. Turn pot off. Add the other ingredients. Then set on manual for 100 minutes. Allow to vent naturally. Shred whatever meat you’ve got and call it. “pulled Whatever“. Goes great in tacos or tostadas or burritos or salads or just as a main course.
