Be your own advocate, whether it is for your mental health or your physical health. Sad but true, health services here in America is overloaded, so the patient has to stay on her toes.

Dr Gemma, version 2013 retired, Beta

Retirement is interesting. I seem to have less time right now, instead of more.

On the bright side, paying off debt is completed. I've moved into the phase of doing needed repairs and phasing myself out of the contracting work.

I'd love to move into the phase of posting an episode and actually knitting!
